Our History

Inner Changing Word Ministries, Inc. (ICW)  was founded in January 2003 by Rev. McArthur Sanders and Minister Marilyn A. Sanders under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. ICW Ministries is the umbrella for Inner Changing Word Christian Church (ICWCC).  On January 19, 2003 we held our inaugural worship service at ICWCC. We are excited that you have taken a moment to visit with us.

We trust that this webpage will help you to familiarize yourself with our church family and the Kingdom building work that we do here at ICWCC.

God’s vision for our ministry is to be an active organization with many avenues to explore; to provide spiritual support to all of God’s children in many areas of concern and to have a participatory ministry. God’s vision comes clothed with everything and everyone that is needed for HIS manifestation. God will provide Inner Changing Word with the right people possessing talents, gifts and abilities. We hope the spirit of God will move you to come and serve with us!

Our Vision:

To reach those who are not saved and draw them by the Holy Spirit and teaching of the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Our Goal:

To disciple men, women and children to follow Jesus Christ. Changing the inner man so they will live the right way. Are you ready to accept Christ? Recite this prayer and confess Jesus Christ today!

Salvation Confession: Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of your Son Jesus Christ. You said ” if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Jesus from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (Romans 10:9) I am confessing Jesus as my Savior and I do believe in my heart that He is your Son and you raised Him from the dead, from this day forward I totally surrender myself to you and Jesus as my Lord.

Our Purpose:

Inner Changing Word Christian Church is a Christ center ministry that is dedicated to:

  • Developing deeper and more personal relationships with God

  • Developing and enhancing Christian relationship with God

  • Developing a spiritual call to the highest standards of integrity

  • Developing biblically based relationship with family

  • Developing the highest level of honor and respect for the church

  • Developing a sincere spirit of servant hood

  • Developing opportunities and providing exciting programs for those who want to be involved in the Body of Christ

What We Believe:

Inner Changing Word is a non-denominational Christian church governed by the scriptures of the Holy Bible. At ICW we believe that the Bible, both the Old and New Testament scriptures are the inspired word of God, without error in its original writing. We believe that the Bible is the complete revelation of God’s will for the salvation of men and the divine final authority for all Christian faith and life. We believe that there is but one God; creator of all things, who is infinitely perfect and eternally exist in the trinity, manifested in God the Father, God the Son, Jesus Christ and God the Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of Jesus, virgin birth, sinless life and miracles. We believe that salvation is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ and his resurrection on the grounds for justification and sanctification for all who believe and were born of the Holy Spirit to become children of God. We also believe that water baptism by immersions soon after accepting Christ, as your personal Savior is a testimony of death to sin and resurrection to new life. We also believe that communion by way of the Lord’s Supper is a service of remembrance, setting forth in symbolic manner the death of our Lord Jesus Christ; all true believers and only believers should share his communion. We believe that the imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ is our hope and has a vital bearing on the personal life and the personal service of the believer. AMEN!
